How to set up Payment Account

Point!

  • To access the payment account list from the sidebar, click on "Payment Account List" under Settings.

Payment Account list

  • It shows branch names, payment methods, account info, descriptions, and bank names. You can search, add, edit, and transfer funds. Check the Account Book to see transaction history.

Add Payment Account

Point!

  • At the top of the page, click the 'Add Payment Account' button.

  • You can add four types of payment methods: Cash, Bank, Card Payment (POS), and Mobile Banking.
  • All required fields must be filled in to add a payment account.
  • Each payment account is linked to a specific branch, and one branch cannot access another branch's account.

Step 2 /2

Cash method

  • Enter the required information and click the "Submit" button.

Bank method

  • Disabled by default for purchases and expenses, but can be enabled if needed.

Card payment ( POS) method

  • Card payment (POS) method is not applicable for purchases and expenses.
  • To use this method, link it to a bank account by specifying the bank name in the 'Connected Bank' field.

Mobile Banking method

  • Mobile banking is not applicable for purchases and expenses.
  • For merchant accounts, link to a bank account. For personal accounts, link to a cash account. Specify the appropriate account name in the 'Connected Bank' field.

Point!

  • After entering the required account details, click the 'Submit' button.

Edit Payment Account

  • If you enter incorrect values by mistake, you can easily edit them.

Point!

  • To edit any payment account information, click the 'Edit' button.

  • After editing the branch information, click the 'Update' button.

Delete Payment Account

Point!

  • To delete a account, click the 'Delete' button.

  • After clicking the 'Delete' button, a confirmation modal will appear.

Point!

  • Click 'Yes, delete it' to confirm. Click 'No, don’t delete' or outside the popup to cancel.

Fund Transfer

  • Fund transfer is applicable only for Cash and Bank accounts.

Point!

  • To transfer funds from one account to another, click the 'Fund Transfer' button.

Note!

  • This action is not available for Mobile Banking and Card Payment (POS).

  • Complete all required fields and click 'Update' to finish the transfer.

Point!

  • Click 'Yes, delete it' to confirm. Click 'No, don’t delete' or outside the popup to cancel.

Account book

  • Here you can see all transactions from your added payment accounts.

Point!

  • To view account book, click the 'Account Book' button.

Note!

  • You cannot perform any actions here.

Step 1 /1

  • This is account book of your selected account . You can view here date , transaction details , created at, debit, credit, balance .
