How to create customer
Point!
- To access customers, click on "Customers" under Sales in the sidebar.
Customer list
- Here, you can see each customer’s name, mobile number, email, additional contacts, address, and current advance balance. You can also edit or delete any customer’s information.
- Customers are not assigned to any specific branch by default.
- Each customer is initially set as a walk-in customer.
- You can accept advance payments from all customers except walk-in customers.
Add customer
- You can add a customer from the Customer List page. Customers can also be added from the Add Sale /Edit Sale pages , add draft , edit draft, add quotation,edit quotation .
Point!
- On the customer list page, click the "Add Customer" button to go to the customer addition page. You can also click the "Add Customer" button from the add sales or edit sales pages.

- Fill in all the mandatory fields and click Submit to add the customer.
Point!
- Click the 'Submit' button to save the customer information.
- If you're adding a customer from the Add Sale ,Edit Sale page , add draft , edit draft, add quotation,edit quotation . modal, click the 'Submit' button there to save the provided customer details.
Edit Customer
- You can access the Edit page from the Customer page.
- You can edit all customers except walk-in customers.
Point!
- Click the 'Edit' button to access the Edit Customer page.

- Click the 'Update' button to save the customer's updated information.
Delete Customer
- You can access the Delete option from the Customer page.
Point!
- To delete a customer, click the 'Delete' button.
Note !
- You cannot delete customer that are involved in transactions.

- To confirm deletion, click the 'Yes, delete it' button. To cancel, click the 'No, don’t delete' button or click anywhere outside the confirmation dialog.
