How to return sales
Point!
- To add a sales return, click on "Sales List" under Sales in the sidebar, then select Add Sales Return from the action button.
Add Sale Return
- In the “Jabeda” system, you cannot return a single product from a sales invoice; you must return all products from that invoice.
- Please provide a reason for the sales return.
Point!
- Click the 'Update' button to save the sales return.

- To return a sold product, a confirmation modal will appear for you to complete the process.
Point!
- To return a sale, click the 'Confirm Sales Return' button.
Sales Return list
- From the sidebar, click the ‘Sales Return List’ sub-module under the Sales module to access it.
Point!
- Click the 'Sales Return List' button to access the Sales Return List page.
Sales Return Details
- From the sales return list, you can access it.
Point!
- Click the 'View' button to access the Sales Return view page.
