How to create purchase

Point!

  • To access the purchase list, click on the "Purchase List" sub-module under the "Purchase" module in the sidebar.

Purchase List

  • Here, you can view details such as date, branch, purchase code, invoice number, supplier, quantity, total amount, paid amount, due amount, and payment status. You can also filter the information as needed. Additionally, you can view, edit, or delete entries.

Add Purchase

  • To add a purchase, click on the "Add Purchase" button.

Point!

  • From the sidebar, click 'Purchases' to access the Purchase module.
  • Then, click the 'Add Purchase' button to add a new purchase.

Step 1 /5 ( add purchase )

  • This is the Add Product page.

Step 2 /5 (add product information)

  • First, select a branch; otherwise, the product field will remain inactive. You can select multiple branches here.
  • Input the product name or scan the product barcode. Then, a table with the product details will be displayed.

Step 3 /5 ( Add shipping process )

  • If you need to update the shipping process, simply click this section to expand it.

Step 4 /5 ( Purchase summary section )

  • Here, enter the shipping charge, select VAT, apply a discount, and add any additional expenses.
  • In this system, Advance payments to suppliers can be recorded through journal entries. Then ,you can adjust with your purchase price .
  • VAT is charged based on the total purchase price .

Step 5 /5 ( add payment )

  • First, select the payment method, then select the payment account. Click the ‘+’ button to add a payment row.
  • Here, enter the shipping charge, select VAT, apply a discount, and add any additional expenses.

Point!

  • Click “Submit” to save the purchase to the Purchase List.

Edit Purchase

  • Access the Edit Purchase page from the Purchase page.

Point!

  • To access the edit purchase option, click on "Purchase List" under Purchase in the sidebar. Then, from the action button in the purchase list, select Edit Purchase to edit the purchase.

  • To access the edit purchase option, click on "Purchase List" under Purchase in the sidebar.

  • Click 'Update' to save changes on the Edit Purchase page.

Purchase view

  • You can access the Purchase View page from the Purchase List page.

Point!

  • From the sidebar, click 'Purchases' to access the Purchase module.

  • To view purchase details, click the "View" button.

Delete Purchase

  • Here, you can delete the purchase.

Point!

  • To delete a purchase, click the 'Delete' button.

Point!

  • Click 'Yes, delete it' to confirm. Click 'No, don’t delete' or outside the popup to cancel.
