How to Add Category (Bulk) from previous business in jabeda
- If you have used a previous version of Jabeda or another accounting software and wish to import those products category into this system, you will need to access this feature.
- You can access this option only if you selected 'Existing Business' while registering your Jabeda account and configuring your business settings.
- From any page, you can access the Add Category (Bulk) sub-module of the Product module from the sidebar.

- From sidebar, click the 'Add Category (Bulk)' button to access Bulk Add Category.
Add Category (Bulk)
- Only Excel format files (CSV, TXT, XLSX, XLS) can be used.
- At first, upload your category file in file to import section .
- To verify whether your table format matches Jabeda’s category table format, please click 'Download Sample'.

- Click the 'Upload File' button to import category’s information.
- To check table , click the 'Download Sample' button .

- Kindly review all instructions thoroughly for a clearer understanding of data mapping.
- If your table headers do not match Jabeda’s format, then you have to import your category data file. All headers will be displayed in each dropdown field for mapping .
- Please fill in all the mandatory fields to Add Category (Bulk) .

- Click 'Merge Data' to upload and save your previous business records in Jabeda.
- Click ' View Data' to see business records in Jabeda.
- Click 'Clear Data' to reset all information.
