How to create product
Point!
- To access the product list, click on "Product List" under Products in the sidebar.
Product list
- Here, you can view all products with details like package price, branch, product type, category, brand, unit, current stock, stock alert level, purchase price per unit, and selling price per unit. You can also add, edit, delete products, manage opening stock, and print barcodes or product details.
Add Product

- Click the 'Add Product' button to add product .

- First, select branch(es). You can select multiple branches.
- Select Category, Brand, and Unit. Enter Product Name and Alert Quantity (if applicable). Write Product Description (optional).
- Select Product Type: Single or Variable.
- You may enter a Product Code and Barcode manually.
Point!
- Click “Submit” to save the product to the product list.
Edit Product
Point!
- Click 'Edit' to change product details.

- You cannot edit the product type.
Point!
- After editing the product information, click the 'Update' button.
View Product
Point!
- Click 'View' to see product details.

- You can see the Product details, but cannot edit it.
Delete Product
- Here, you can delete a product.

- To delete a product, click the 'Delete' button.
Note!
- You cannot delete products that are involved in transactions.

- Click 'Yes, delete it' to confirm. Click 'No, don’t delete' or outside the popup to cancel.
